Where Our Graduates Go
Furthering Their Education

Building upon the academic foundation established at Welsh Hills School and the passion for learning that has been nurtured, our graduates go on to further their education in diverse fields of study and choices of schools.
High Schools: Our graduates have chosen high schools that include well-respected independent schools such as Columbus School for Girls, Columbus Academy, St. Charles, Wellington School, and other similar schools. Other graduates have chosen area high schools such as Granville, Newark Catholic, Newark, and other public and private schools. While in high school, our graduates have participated in music, sports, drama, service learning, and many extra-curricular activities that reflect the well-rounded nature of our graduates’ character.
Colleges: Welsh Hills graduates have obtained their college and post-graduate degrees in many diverse fields of study at a wide range of respected universities. Fields of study have included: music, engineering, broadcasting, architecture, literature, education, biology, computer science, medicine, nursing, mathematics, political science, just to name a few. These degrees have been earned at Purdue, Ohio State, Berklee School of Music, Bucknell, Case Western Reserve, Earlham, Loyola, Virginia, Cincinnati, Kenyon, Ohio, Amherst, New School of Architecture (San Diego), Capital, and many others.
Successful Careers
Our graduates have launched successful careers as diverse as the fields of study listed above. Our graduates also continue their service to the community fostered during their time as students, including building homes for Habitat for Humanity, serving on the Board of Trustees at Welsh Hills School, actively participating in their local churches, and volunteering at their children’s schools.
